In his first CAMS race event, David Needham is leading the Rookie of the year in the HQ class.

David Needham signs up for the 2009 season.

Russell Race Car Leasing is proud to announce that David Needham has signed for the full 2009 season. David joins RCL after racing Speedway & has set his goal to complete the 2009 season & race at Bathurst in 2010. David will be riding in the RCL HQ car no.4 (Formerly car #41). Look out for David in action at Morgan Park.

Bonwick tests for RCL

Gary Bonwick (current National HQ champion) today has test driven the new RCL HQ complete with a new RCL spec engine giving it the thumbs up!

Gary's fastest time was 1:36.5 in 33 degree heat which is fast enough for the front row at the last race meeting.

Gary's comments were that the car should get quicker as the motor wears in & that he was very impressed by the speed obtained in our first RCL spec HQ engine.

Formula Vee's now for lease

RCL has secured Formula Vee's to lease within SA, Vic & NSW.

Being one of the most affordable & the most cost effective open wheelers, we have added numerous Vee's to our lease pool.

All cars are an arrive & drive arrangement offering a very affordable option to racing around the country in front running cars.
